We're delighted to share some exciting news from across the Global Vehicle Group.
Global Vehicle Group (GVG), the UK's leading B2B car and van leasing broker, has announced a new investment from Palladian Investment Partners. The investment marks the beginning of an exciting new phase for the business, supporting continued growth, innovation and investment across the Group.
The partnership will enable Global Vehicle Group to build on its already market-leading customer proposition by further developing its proprietary technology, expanding its product offering and continuing to invest in its talented people. The transaction also marks the successful exit of H2 Equity Partners, who have played a significant role in supporting the Group's growth over the past four years.
As part of Global Vehicle Group, everyone at the lcv group is incredibly proud to be part of this exciting journey. Being part of a Group that continues to attract significant investment demonstrates the strength of our business, our people and our long-term vision.
This milestone represents far more than investment alone. It provides an opportunity to continue improving the way we support our customers, develop innovative solutions and strengthen the services we offer businesses across the UK. We're excited about what this means for our customers, partners and colleagues as we continue to grow together.
Alongside the investment, Global Vehicle Group is also pleased to welcome Andrew Cope as Non-Executive Chairman. Widely regarded as one of the UK's most respected figures in the fleet and leasing industry, Andrew brings decades of leadership experience, having previously helped build Zenith into one of the country's leading independent leasing and fleet management businesses.
Commenting on the investment, Global Vehicle Group CEO Andrew Hurst said:
"We are incredibly excited to partner with Palladian, who share our vision that our business can continue on its strong growth trajectory and take a bigger share of the huge market for corporate cars and vans in the UK.
"It will allow us to build on our market-leading customer proposition by developing our proprietary technology and investing in our great team of people."
Doug Oppenheim, Co-Managing Partner at Palladian Investment Partners, added:
"GVG is an outstanding business; a clear category leader with a differentiated multi-brand platform, a loyal customer base and a team that is genuinely passionate about delivering the best outcomes for its clients."
As the lcv group continues to grow alongside the wider Global Vehicle Group, we're excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring. Together, we'll continue delivering outstanding customer service, trusted vehicle leasing solutions and the expertise our customers rely on every day.
We look forward to what comes next.
